Blueberry Muffin ?!

Hey!
Well, guess what! Today morning I had a major craving for muffin!
Therefore........ i decided to make
BLUEBERRY MUFFIN !!!

It is one of my favourite muffin recipe because it only need little ingredients and can be easily made. Of course, it is delicious too!

Enjoy this super easy  recipe!

This recipe makes approximately 12 regular size muffin


Blueberry Muffin

Just 9 simple Ingredients!

Dry ingredients
- 2  1/2 cups  Self-raising flour
- 2 tablespoon  castor sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar

Wet ingredients
- 3/4 cup Fresh milk
- 1 lightly beaten egg
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar

And of course
- 1 cup Fresh blueberries

*Remember to use the same cup size for each measurements!

Method

Preheat oven to 190°C

Combine *Dry ingredients* in a bowl
Make a well in the center
Mix well *Wet ingredients*

Combine the wet and the dry ingredients
(It is extremely important to not over mix! )

Fold in blueberries (again, do not over mix. Just gently fold it in)

Spoon mixture evenly in muffin cup ( only 2/3 cup full)
Line in muffin pan

Finally! Bake for 22~25 minutes or until muffin surface is browned.

Still not done, final step is to let the muffin stand in room temperature to cool
